ADG153 is a fully human monoclonal antibody against CD47. ADG153 blocks the CD47/SIRPα signaling pathway and becomes activated in protease-rich tumor microenvironments via a cleavable masking peptide. ADG153 induces macrophage phagocytosis, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP), and exhibits antitumor activity in CD47-positive tumor models. ADG153 can be used in research related to myeloid tumors, triple-negative breast cancer and small cell lung cancer.
