Abagovomab (Anti-Human CA-125 Recombinant Antibody) is a mouse monoclonal anti-idiotypic antibody that targets the tumor-associated antigen CA-125. Produced by mouse hybridoma cells, Abagovomab mimics the human TAA, CA-125. Abagovomab also induces humoral and cellular immune responses against ovarian cancer (OC)[1].
