Boc-C1-PEG3-C4-OBn (PROTAC Linker 15) is a PROTAC linker, which refers to the PEG composition. Boc-C1-PEG3-C4-OBn can be used in the synthesis of a series of PROTACs, such as PROTAC SGK3 degrader-1 (HY-125878). PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein.
